The Immersive Tower, the newest addition to the DIFC, stands adjacent to Daman Tower and offers views of the ICD Brookfield tower.

A massive 115,000 square metres, the AED 1.1 billion commercial skyscraper promises to enhance DIFC’s portfolio, which boasted a 92% occupancy rate for its commercial properties at the close of 2023. These properties include a mix of owned, managed, and third-party spaces.

Governor Essa Kazim of the DIFC commented on the development, placing focus on the demand from regional and international financial entities, FinTech, and innovation firms for top-tier office environments. He shared that the Immersive Tower by DIFC represents a symbiosis of commercial, retail, and amenity spaces, set to provide cutting-edge mixed-use settings crucial for modern businesses in the centre of Dubai’s financial district.

This 37-story tower allocates over 680 square metres to amenities and includes 58,573 square metres of office space, along with approximately 10,596 square metres designated for retail purposes.

Additional features include a prestigious Members’ Club spanning the 26th to 28th floors and office units varying in size from 60 to 158 square metres, all designed to cater to the diverse needs of its tenants. The project is scheduled for completion in April 2027.
